Produced in Switzerland from the best Swiss cow's milk, KALTBACH Swiss Gouda impresses with its harmonious, balanced taste profile, spicy aroma, fine yet crumbly texture and a slightly caramel note. Our Swiss Gouda cheese is nurtured and cared for for six months by our cave masters until it has reached the perfect point of ripeness. This also gives the cheese its typical dark rind.
